We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and transparent, while also reflecting the high level of planning and logistical coordination involved in our experiences.

 

1. Standard Tours (instant booking)

 

For all standard tours booked directly through our website (available up to 3 hours before departure), cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

 

2. Tours Including Primary Attractions

 

For tours that include non-refundable tickets (e.g. Colosseum, Vatican Museums), the cost of the tickets is non-refundable, as per the policies of the institutions. These tickets will still be sent to the client and can often be used independently.

 

3. Tailor-Made & Custom Experiences

 

For personalized journeys and custom itineraries, a planning fee of €150 per designed travel day is non-refundable. This fee covers the time and expertise invested in building your unique itinerary. In case of cancellation, you will still receive the complete travel design document for future use.

 

Cancellations for custom travel can be refunded (excluding tickets and planning fees) only if made at least 14 calendar days before the start date. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
